GAM Capital Advisory is authorised and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC). Licence No. 412/23 grants our firm Market Maker status, effective from 5 October 2022. This licence allows us to passport our services across 19 EU countries and requires strict compliance with EU financial regulations, including client fund segregation and transparency.
We hold authorisation from the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), one of the world’s most stringent financial regulators. Licence No. 585561 confirms our adherence to high ethical standards, robust investor protections and operational transparency under the Straight‑Through Processing model.
GAM Capital Advisory is licensed by South Africa’s Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) under Licence No. 45672. The General Registration confirms we are a Financial Service Corporate authorised to operate from 15 July 2024 to 15 July 2029 and underscores our commitment to professional and compliant practices in the South African market.
We are regulated by the British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (BVI FSC) under licence SIBA/L/24/1175. This Retail Forex Licence is valid from 1 January 2024 to 1 January 2027 and affirms our compliance with offshore regulatory standards, providing capital safety, transparency and long‑term commitment.
GAM Capital Advisory is registered as a Money Services Business (MSB) with the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). Registration No. 31000258947321, effective from 15 November 2024, authorises us to conduct money services—including currency exchange, money transmission and the issuing or selling of money orders, traveller’s cheques and prepaid access—across all U.S. states and territories while adhering to U.S. anti‑money‑laundering and regulatory requirements.
